While the graphics of Space Armada were easily better then those of the Space Invaders game offered by the Atari 2600, Slow and difficult game play make the Atari 2600 version far superior in terms of game play mechanics.

Oh boy. There has been a lot of games out there that are 'clones' of this game. Basically you have your little space ship.. and you can shoot the invading aliens before they make their way down to you. I haven't played this game a ton so I'm not exactly sure how it would get harder. I imagine they would just go down faster then before... So this is a little game that some people would like to play... but it's not a game I would like to spend hours at a time playing... It's just... not /THAT/ entertaining. -Cait-
GREAT GAME! I DONT KNOW HOW MANY DAYS I WASTED PLAYING THIS ONE! THIS GAME IS LIKE ATARI'S SPACE INVADERS... BUT EVEN BETTER! HAS TRACKING MISSLES AND IF YOU KEEP PLAYING THE INVADERS BECOME INVISABLE. GOOD LUCK!
This game is really fun and I would recommend it to anyone. If you like classic games this is like space invaders.
